Frugi skorts

I've only ever bought a dress for my child from frugi before.
What is the sizing line on the skorts?
Is it small size wise or roomy? Debating what size I need to get can anyone advise

It's a while since I bought some but the last few pairs I bought for my daughter were massive round her waist. I remember having to keep one pair back a year for her to use the following summer. This was before they got taken over though so they may have altered their sizing since then.
