Looking for advice on new hair colour

I'm going to the hairdresser on Thursday and am still unsure as to what colour I'm going to go. I had been colouring my hair a dark brown or reddish brown for a few years but neither seems to suit anymore. Darker colours seem to make me look washed out and emphasise dark circles even more. I'll attach a photo of the colour I'm thinking of getting and also one of my eye colour. Anyone have any other recommendations for what may suit?

Dark to lighter can pose problems. Ask if they can do the new colour. The dark might need stripping. As I’ve found, that doesn’t always work either! So ask your colourist.
