Hair mask- should I use the whole sachet?

Never done an intensive conditioning treatment before but thought I'd treat myself this morning.

Having put about two thirds in my hair it occurred to me I shouldn't be using the whole flipping sachet! Should I have? Instructions were unclear.

Used this one:

Depends on hair type, thickness and length.

Someone with long thick hair would need more than someone with long think hair or short hair.

is your hair well saturated with it?

I've got bra-strap length hair, reasonably thick. It felt saturated with the amount I put in.

Davines products are quite concentrated and potent. With this in mind, I'd probably have aimed to get 2-3 treatments out of that sachet.

Ah thank you @Salonselectives that's interesting. It was recommended to me. Hair feels amazing after using it... I'll maybe aim for 2 treatments next time and see how that goes.

Storage of opened packets: do I need to do anything in particular? I've just put the top "lid" back on and put it in bathroom cupboard.

I'd put a food bag clip on it, or fold it over and put a bulldog clip on it then use it up in a week or two.

The heart of glass mask is lovely too, it's made for blondes but has no colour in it and I'm most definately not blonde. Comes in a jar so you get a bit more.
