Getting rid of face fat/tightening

My cheeks and chin have so much fat that they are now looking saggy and jowly - for the first time in my life I've lost the 'contour' I used to have. My work needs me to be in photos/videos a lot, so this is actually becoming a problem.

I know I need to lose weight and fat, but it's taking me a long time to get there. Are there any quick, short-term ways to contour/tighten my face? I don't want to do anything drastic like surgeries.

Have you tried facial yoga and a roller? Drains the lymph, like having a facial.

You don't need to have surgery for this but probably best to see and aesthetic doctor or nurse. A combination of botox and filler will help a lot, or fat-reducing injections like Kybella. Not sure if you have considered going down this route?
