Please help me save my face. 2 kids and fast approaching 30

Hi Everyone,

New here but would really like any suggestions and advice on new skincare and/or make up as I feel totally lost.

Backstory

In my teens and into my early 20s I had severe acne and used Estée Lauder double wear to cover & simple skin care.
I had two courses of roacutane 6 months apart which left my skin completely clear & left very little scarring.

My mid twenties I had beautiful skin and thanks to lots of holidays and working outdoors I was always naturally quite tanned. I wore little make up except for nights out and my skin care was just a simple wash and simple moisturiser.

Then I had babies! Two beautiful boys later and my skin is in crisis and I have no tools to save me so help please

I would say my skin type is balanced (not oily or dry). I have a light complexion / fair skin.
I don't have blemishes or anything to cover. I have mid / dark brown hair and dark green eyes.

The main problem area that is destroying my confidence is my eyes / eye area. I have really bad dark circles that are atleast 4/5 shades darker than my skin. My eyes look sunken almost. My eyelid and skin between my eyebrow and eyelid is also very dark. I don't have any wrinkles really but have some fine lines appearing under my eyes.

My whole face looks tired ( I am so very tired) and drab. I look unhealthy ( probably true) and worn out.

What products could save me?!

And yes I know I need to sleep, eat well & exercise. I'm working on it but I have two kids under 3 and a full time job that stressful.

Thank you!!

Products won't save you. Sleep (easy to say and you already know this). Regular good sleep, not a couple of lie-ins here and there, hydration, exercise, and nothing more than Vaseline around the eye for product.

Vaseline more to be used overnight. Regular moisturiser during the day.

Use a good spf (preferably 50) every day!
I'm just trying Revolution's Spf50 moisturiser, on offer for £13.50.

Never heard of Vaseline for eye area but will definitely try that! Thank you all!

My hydration is generally good, I run 2-3 times a week and have a fairly active job. Obviously sleep is a massive issue but not sure I can really resolve that right now. Kids are aged 2 and 6 months.
6 month old is generally a good sleeper, either sleeps through 7-7 or wakes once for a feed around 2/3am but does go straight back to sleep. He doesn't care who delivers said feed & will take a bottle from DH if offered.
2 year old is up approximately 8000 times a night, will only have me not DH so this is a tricky thing. That's a whole separate issue though and is one we're just going to have to wait out. He's plagued by illness having started nursery and is generally still unsettled from new brother, nursery & potty training & a family bereavement so it's not something to tackle right now.

My current moisturiser is not an SPF one so that's an easy change I could also make so another great suggestion.
