Blue lipstick - I'm on a mission

So this year for one of the fantasy conventions we go to, I'm creating a Dragon Lady persona - she's a governess of baby dragons. (Dressed like a steampunk Mary Poppins, basically.)
Anyway, in the olden days when dinosaurs roamed the earth, I used to have some gorgeous blue lipstick. It was very creamy, mid blue, and slightly metallic. It was not Barry M. It was not sheer, it was not glittery, it was in a black plastic case with a gold tube, and I cannot for the life of me remember what it was called and it would go beautifully with the Dragon Lady costume. (It was also cheap as chips and this would be about 1998-ish.)
Does anyone remember such a beastie??

To add: it wasn't Revlon, it was of a like price to Constance Carroll kind of thing.

I don't /think/ it was Miners but this is from the memory of the Miners stuff having a stand of its own. I'm having a Google now. I'm really peeved Barry M don't do silly colours any more, they used to be the go-to for wild colour.

Ooh I used to love stargazer lipstick. Had a blue/silver one

@AdamRyan my mum kept confiscating my Stargazer lipsticks… I’m still bitter about this!

A good alternative would by the suede-like lip colours by NYC. They have a very blue one that dries matte and lasts.

Have you tried the Kryolan website - they do blues

I remember John Lewis selling all colours of lipstick in similar packaging. No help though as they discontinued the line!

Would you not get something in wherever local alternative/goth/emo community shop? For example I'm in Greater Manchester so I'd try Afflecks Palace first. But that's because I don't recognise the brand you've had before from the description.
