My eyelids are getting worse - so hooded the skin sits on my eyelashes. Eyeliner is pointless as in shadow - I sometimes wear waterline eyeliner. I'm in the south east, thinking if I would meet Nhs criteria or try to self fund. The very top of my vision there is like a slight greying which I think is my brow/lids.
Has anyone any advice either private or nhs? Before I start looking. Added complication is a medical condition and I would need to fund also pre-treatment if paying privately.
