Keratosis pilaris on face

DS (16) has been diagnosed with this.

He needs a gentle,unperfumed moisturiser containing urea

Any suggestions please?

Cetaphil daily smoothing moisturiser with Urea.

Eucerin do a face cream with 5% urea.

He needs Ameliorate or something with lactic acid for KP.

Cerave cleansing lotion. Amazing

we've got the Cerave cleaning lotion and the Eurasian cream plus something from the Doctor.

She said it's something he's likely to grow out of but he's 16 and so self-conscious about it - strangely enough, he doesn't seem reassured when I tell him that he is still the most handsome 16 year old boy on the planet 😂

My DD 14 has it on her face and arms. Good thread - I’ll look at some of the suggestions too.
