Smart casual at work - what are you wearing?

I need some inspiration! Please let me know what you're wearing at work these days?

I've been WFH for so long I think I've totally lost the plot, when it comes to work clothes!

I've got a project coming up that will involve working with <shock!> real humans in real life, and I'd love to know what smart casual outfits are others are wearing.

I'm not sure my current workwear (lounge pants and slippers) will really cut it!

I'm not in every day at the moment, so I don't have loads, but I my capsule work wardrobe is:

Wide-leg trousers, one full-length, one cropped
Black Mom jeans
Chunky loafers
Brogues
Ankle boots
A couple of silk and satin t-shirts
A shirt
A plain Merino jumper in bright red
Two cashmere jumpers, one striped, one beige

So I can pretty much mix any of the items with any of the others and I mix up my jewellery and hair too

I'm about to start a new role which will mean dressing more smartly that last role (where the emphasis was definitely on casual).

My work wardrobe consists of:
Black wide leg trousers
Black ankle grazer trousers
Smart black jeans
Long sleeve shirts in various colours (I basically found a style that fit well and have bought several different patterns and colours)
Long sleeved fitted black t-shirts (to wear under blazers)
2 x blazers (one grey, one beige)
Black loafers
Black brogues

Not massively exciting, but everything goes together so I don't have to think too hard!

It is summer (well just become autumn) where I am.
I am struggling to find my style after years in scrubs but love these princesshighway.com.au/collections/new-arrivals-skirts-pants/products/penny-native-pant?variant=43094213624067 with a black t shirt. Plenty of cuollote style wide leg just below the knee bottoms. Pair of flat sandals. In winter wide leg black trousers with a love and roses blouse that requires no ironing, a line skirt with a jumper and black tights, loafer or an ankle boot.
Joy of my job is I can still turn up in patterned scrubs and orange runners and nobody bats an eyelid so some days I do.

A tailored mid-length black dress and expensive trainers.

I'd wear skinny pants (jeans) and a silky shirt

Heels optional
