Was there anything that you felt totally transformed your skin and that you have done religiously now? I can't think of anything that has really wowed me so far, though I am looking into tear trough fillers in the hope they will improve my undereye a little

Upping my daily water uptake did wonders for my sad tired skin.

pawz · 08/03/2023 20:07

LED mask, retinol and tret!

Definitely increasing my water intake, silk pillowcases and taking collagen supplements.

Cozytoesandtoast00 · 08/03/2023 20:08

A few drops of Marula Oil mixed in with my moisturiser, twice a day.

So1invictus · 08/03/2023 20:08

Vitamin C and Tret.

mycatsanutter · 08/03/2023 20:08

I was given some little Estée Lauder bits at Xmas and I really think the night serum has made my skin younger looking . I'm 48 and barely have a wrinkle

dammiejodger · 08/03/2023 20:09

SMP eyeliner. Game changer. Also microbladed eyebrows

katseyes7 · 08/03/2023 20:10

Long time ago, l had cystic acne. I went to a salon for high frequency treatments and that had an amazing effect on my skin. It worked when all the creams and antibiotics didn't.

Weelegs29 · 08/03/2023 20:10

Hyaluronic acid- give me all the moisture! And Retinol. Hoping to start on my Tret journey soon as I've read nothing but good things about it, just need to do some more of my own research.

SpongeBobJudgeyPants · 08/03/2023 20:10

CACI facials.

FormerlyPathologicallyHappy · 08/03/2023 20:12

Wearing separate sunblock since I was 22. Was still getting asked for id to buy wine at 45.

NoWayRose · 08/03/2023 20:30

When I manage to really cut down on sugar for a month or so my skin looks sooo much better. Although I find it really hard!

AbsolutePixels · 08/03/2023 20:37

Botox. From about 9 years old I had a lined forehead. Skincare did nothing, but it's gone now thanks to Botox.

1AnotherOne · 08/03/2023 20:38

botox for sure

CACI
Tret

Moonshine5 · 08/03/2023 21:11

Quick pick me up. Minimal effort -
ORIGINS NEVER A DULL MOMENT MASK
Splash your face with warm water
Dab dry so still a little moist
Spread 50p size amount on
Leave for 20 minutes
Wash off - tadaa!
Glowy skin

Moonshine5 · 08/03/2023 21:12

Twice a week

(Caveat I'm not a doctor / dermatologist this is just how I use it!)

Chicci1 · 08/03/2023 21:17

Microneedling. 4 sessions - a game changer.

I think genetics have more to do with youthful looks than sunblock. I never wore sunblock and spent a lot of time in subtropical countries (for work) and I still get asked for ID in my 40s.

My biggest game changers are the Phillips Lumea and using facial oils instead of creams.

WithFlamingLocksOfAuburnHair · 08/03/2023 22:03

The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid, use it every day. No more winter dry flaky skin.

todaystoday · 08/03/2023 22:05

Without a doubt it’s got to be tear trough filler and Botox.

i also love to wear vaseline to sleep. It really helps skin to lock in moisture

I’ve followed Caroline for some time too, I’ve suffered with cystic acne since a teen and I found her when it was particularly getting me down. Not used a foaming face wash for 11 years because of her!

I’ve bought a few of her recommendations over the years; Clarins brightening toner was one of my favourites but I never got on with Indeed Labs Hyaluronic Acid it rolled on my face no matter what I did!

She has amazing skin - but I simply could not give up alcohol and sugar like she says to! So mine will never be like that 😆

Blepharoplasty three months ago! The confidence boost is exponential!
