Flattering high waist straight/wide jeans for hourglass

Just that really. Looking for high waist, straight to wide jeans. They need to fit very close on the hips, quite structured, but also cinch enought the waist. The issue is having to go down a size for the waist fit, then I have camel toe.

Good American jeans. Kind of suck you in but very, very comfortable and thick denim. Expensive but have seen lots on sale recently.

Find some jeans in a style you love and make sure they fit on your hips, don’t worry about the waist. Then get them tailored to fit, or do it yourself if you have a sewing machine.

Doing this has been an absolute game changer for me. Comfortable, flattering jeans at last!

The best fit jeans for me in recent years have been F&F (Tesco) you can get them on Next online. Fit over my curvy hips and come in at the waist.

Abercrombie do a 'curve love' collection that are normal jeans with an extra inch or two in the hips/bum/thigh while keeping the waist the same size.

Asos do an hourglass range, I haven't tried the jeans but the shorts/trousers fit hips and waist great.

Weird Fish Mom jeans. Loved them so much I bought another pair straight away.

I find Primark ones fit me well, although I had to go up a size

They have a great 70s vibe with a top tucked in, if you like that kind of thing. I have a small waist/wide hips, but am only 5ft 4 and they are just above the floor for me, in flats.
