Foundation for prematurely aging and dry skin?

I'm 34 and currently having chemotherapy. I feel as though it has really taken a toll on my facial skin - it seems to have more fine lines and to be less firm than before. I am also experiencing acne from my treatment and it is also much drier than ever before. Always tended towards oily until a few years ago, then maybe combination. I will be taking tamoxifen after this which will put me into early menopause and it likely to also make my skin age.

I have hyperpigmentation from acne scarring and developed rosacea a few years ago. I've always liked the full coverage of Estée lauder double wear but it's so so drying on my skin now. Wearing it feels like a mask which is going to crack. I was wearing the cc cream from it cosmetics but it just sits on my skin like a thick moisturiser and feels slightly irritating and itchy. I've also never managed to get it to stay on my face, it slides off within a few hours.

Any recommendations?
