Ankle boots that are tight on the ankle

Looking for an ankle boot that is tight on the ankle. Got super skinny ankles, sadly not skinny anywhere else.
Similar to this but not so spendy.
Anyone seen anything suitable in a size 4 please.

I was looking for the same thing as all the boots I was trying were too wide for me.

I actually ended up finding a pair of slim Chelsea boots in Pep&Co for £10. They are smart and comfortable enough and not a great loss if they don’t make it through to next year.

I should also say I’m also a size 4 with skinny ankles
