Help me find a wedding guest dress please?

Hello, first time posting in S&B so please be patient with me.
I'm looking for a dress (or outfit) for a friend's summer wedding. Even ideas of a style to look for would be greatly appreciated!
I'm 5'7, size 14-16, large bust and a wobbly belly (2 babies in 2 years, youngest is 10 weeks) It's unlikely I'll lose weight before the summer as I'm bf both babies so starving all the time! So looking to dress the body I have now.
I've been thinking something with tight sleeves as my boobs make me look huge on top so frilly/wide sleeves are out. My legs aren't awful, but quite long, so I usually go for midi length as dresses tend to look shorter on me.
Any of you lovely people have any thoughts/advice/suggestions?

What kind of budget are you thinking? And what colours do you suit?

I suppose max £100 for the right dress that I could rewear. I love green but the reason I posted was to try move away from my usuals!
