Work conference - what to wear?

Just looking for opinions as it’s been a long time since I’ve had to do this. 2 day event with tours and speeches during the day, then travel to hotel at the end of day 1 with a dinner booked for 7pm with speaker. Would you get changed for dinner or stay in smart business dress from the daytime!

I think because you're travelling and checking in to the hotel after the day's events, most people will shower and change before dinner? I think I would... equally I would not judge you if you didn't.

Thank you! That’s what I thought too, then over thought things and didn’t want to be the only one that had got changed!!
