Can anyone recommend a foundation that might suit me better now I want something a bit lighter/more glowy?

I need the staying power of EL DW and love the way it doesn’t oxidise but my skin is getting a bit older and now I feel this foundation looks dull and cakey.

I’m happy to splash out for the right foundation and often use SPACE NK so would be happy to receive any recommendations especially any available there.

Can anyone recommend anything?

I use Fenty Beauty and really like their foundation and how lovely it blends when you get the right colour match.

I moved from DW to Lancôme Teint Idole- it's still good coverage,but the finish is much more forgiving of fine lines and dryer skin

Have you tried a setting spray on top of DW for when your skin feels dry like Mac prep and prime? It gives that lovely dewy look and sets your make up. I would highly recommend.

Someone recommended Il Makiage to me as a full.coverage type foundation, but I didn't get on with it at all. My bottle smashed and I was relieved I didn't have to use it anymore.

So, no suggestions, just that I wouldn't recommend Il Makiage

Just been in exactly the same boat as you, OP, and just last week I asked my work colleague what foundation she uses as her skin is flawless and glowing all day. It's YSL All Hours foundation and so I bought some. I absolutely love it. Keep admiring myself in the mirror. Stays all day too, and a much fresher finish than Doublewear.
