Leggings for your tall slim dc

Hi

9 year old dd is tall and very thin. Her leggings/trousers are always too short but too large on the waist. She has a tiny waist and long thin legs. Can anyone recommend a place to buy leggings or trousers for this shape please.

Lindex and H&M are our go to! If you ever happen to be in The Netherlands Hema is the absolute best, gutted they don't ship to the UK anymore!

They all end up as capris!

We found Vertbaudet good, you can get a slimmer cut.
Polarn o Pyret also good, but expensive, and not much variety.

I have a normal height but very thin 5yo and struggle too

My 11 year old the same, I recently bought her xxs adult leggings from primark (size 4 I think). They are slimmer and longer than older kids sizes. Probably too long for 9 year old though

My DD is about 5'8" and a size 8
She wore Primark leggings when she was younger in the small women's size as the girls was to big in the waist if we got the length

And though she'd rather eat her own spleen that go into M&S (because her mother shops there ) I order trousers and leggings for her in the size 8/long

Her choice for jeans is Urban Outfitters

We have exactly this problem. My 12 year old is 5ft 9 and has a tiny waist. She got some jeans from sports direct of all places. Size 6 long which are great in the leg and not too big in the waist! We have liked H&M in the past, they do and XS adults which were good.

River island are the best ive found
My DD is exactly the same so I size up in river island and they fit her lovely

Also have a leggy, skinny 9 y/o. Rely on H&M and Mini Boden for leggings. For trousers she sometimes wears braces as trying to find a leg/waist fit is so hard.

Thank you all I have ordered a couple of pairs from a few recommended shops to try and then il send back those that don’t fit.
