Does anyone get grey sticky up hairs on their hairline?

I’m not particularly grey at all but I’ve started to get grey/white hairs around my hairline and some of them are short and stick up and look awful!

I dye my hair about every six weeks and they look a bit better for a while then they look grey and wiry again! Occasionally I snip them off and of course they look awful when they grow back.

What do you do with them?!

I do and they drive me mad. Like you they look okay for a little while after being dyed but soon appear again

My first grey hair just grew straight out of my hairline in the middle of my forehead. It used to drive me crazy, I'd pluck it, cut it etc etc. I haven't noticed it for a while though so it's either died off or got long and i don't notice it anymore.

I thought it was just me 🤔 I'm a hairstylist and they are driving me insane . Not to bad when I do my blonde root touch up but then soon back to being a nightmare they sit there like a spiky halo .

Yes. I pluck them out.

Pluck them? Ouch. I did think of that but couldn’t face trying. When I’ve snipped them it’s hard to get close to the scalp and you’ve got to be careful not to snip off the normal hairs too.

Oh my god yes!!! This is driving me nuts! In photographs they REALLY stand out too 🤦‍♀️😨

I have this along my hairline - I've not got much grey (yet) just 2 mini streaks and then these whispy odd bits at side of my head - I either put my ghd glide brush through them when it's cooler or I use a smidge of serum on them ir hairspray and they then behave (!)

Yep, I pluck mine out.

It’s expensive, but I recommend the Dyson hair dryer as ever since I dry my hair straight with it, the greys sit with the rest of my hair and feel softer.

Also recommend henna treatments for a bit of conditioning and colouring of greys.
