Short sleeve maxi dress with waist tie

Hi all, I am wondering if someone could help me find something that’s very simple, yet I can’t seem to find one!

I am after a black maxi dress with short sleeves. It also needs to have a waist, either tied up, belt or gathered. I don’t want a loose one or one that ties under the bust. The ones I find all seem to tie under the bust. I want to emphasise my waist so really want one that flatters this shape.

Would something like this work? Not a true maxi length though unfortunately.

If you look at Nobody's Child website there's a link to their black dresses. There's several midi length. I've had several of their dresses and they're very long.
