Is blue mascara EVER ok??

And never for daytime.

Mind you I did see someone a few weeks ago wearing it and I thought it looked good on them. Can't remember hair colour or anything though.

I used to wear it in my teens but that was 20 years ago. I saw someone from school the other day and she was still wearing it

I love it! Go for it alfies, build your self up to the full deed with just a dab on the end of already mascaraed up lashes and you'll soon notice people are utterly bewitched with your eyes but can't work out why. When you feel ready, you can unleash it on the population fully and go all out blue, you'll love it!
There are varying shades of blue out there, which one are you thinking of going for? Navy? Teal? Electric blue? Mauve is good too...
Or, try a bit of blue liquid eyeliner atop your lashes and see how that works for you?

Oh I got a turquoise liquid liner a couple of months ago, worked up the kahunas to wear it on a night out last weekend, it looks fantastic ! It's only a cheapo Tesco one but it is brill

No I havent bought one.... but have to confess to being tempted!! Not so sure now as after these posts I'm worried I'll look like an 80s throwback!

blue mascara is ultimate style, i wear YSL, its subtle and yet if one really looks so different.

i am olive skinned, highlights not blonde /fair .

i had my eye makeup done at a laura mercier counter last week & she put navy eyeliner on me . i have pale skin & brown eyes so would never have thought of it myself. it actually looked surprisingly good (nice enough for me to buy it anyway ). oh, & i often wear purple mascara....

Navy - yes. NOT that horrid electric blue that was around in the 80s though.
