Swimming costumes - long sleeves

I quite fancy something like this for my next holiday- basically a longsleeved high back swimming costume. I can’t work out if it would look terrible on anyone who isn’t flat chested as there doesn’t seem to be a lot of support. I’ve used rash vests in the past over bikinis which has worked well but having two layers is a bit of a pain. Has anyone had success with a swimsuit like this before?

I’m embracing the fact that i burn very easily and like to spend time in the water so just need to start being a bit more sensible re choice of swimwear.

I’m definitely not flat chested but I love this style of swimsuit, I think it’s very flattering on and great for outdoor swimming. Unfortunately, I had to try lots of brands because I couldn’t get the thing up and both arms in so I could zip it up. I don’t know if I’m particularly inflexible but I’d look for one that has a zip that comes quite far down. 😂

I did the rash vest over a swimsuit (and one piece in my case). Not sure I'd be able to trust a zip to stay up over my chest, but definitely worth a go.

I’d plan on wearing a bikini under it myself (bigger boobs that don’t stay up all by themselves, but I agree these look great as sun protection.
