Holy grail of dewy or satin foundation

A beautiful dewy foundation I used to wear has long been discontinued and I'm desperate to find a replacement.

I'm looking for a a dewy or satin foundation with medium to full coverage, but that also has reasonable staying power. Do any of you lovely lot have any recommendations please? I have tried Armani luminous silk - which worked well but recently has felt a little too cakey on my skin.

Budget is pretty flexible as I'm always happy to spend on foundation to get the best base. Help me please!

Nars is meant to be good although I've never tried it. I use Mac studio fix because I have oily skin and it's a satin finish on me. Applies lovely with a damp beauty blender.

Nars light reflecting foundation

I really like Estée Lauder futurist

I saw an influencer recommend this one and now I really want to try it - www.cultbeauty.co.uk/hourglass-ambient-soft-glow-foundation-30ml-various-shades/13889796.html?

It’s more glowy than dewy though.

The Nars foundations and the tinted moisturiser are really nice too.

Bobbi brown serum foundation, the tiniest bit makes me look like I've had full night's sleep after a day in the sun.

@Weareoutofwine
my favourite was the Clinique Dewy Smooth, never been bettered goodness knows why they discontinued it. I do quite like the No7 Triple action serum foundation and the consultant I store can shade match for you and it’s reasonably priced, about £19 so worth a try

Nars sheer glow is fab

It isn't high end but I've been using NYX Born to Glow (mostly mixed with a drop of serum) and I think it's really good for the price.

Nars Light Reflecting is really nice and I really want to try the Estee Lauder Futurist because I've just seen it recommended so many times now that it's made me want to give it a go.

I'm on a self imposed spending ban so won't be buying anything until I've used up the couple of foundation bottles I've got to use up, but that'll be next on the list.

Estee Lauder Futurist Hydra Rescue for me. I love it. Tiny bit of Glossier Futuredew under it on my cheekbones really helps as well.

Nars L.R. I'm about to get my 2nd bottle. You can usually get a tester from a beauty counter to try first
