Salt and sulphate free shampoo bar?

I have a keratin treatment on my hair which I want to preserve, so I always use a salt and sulphate fee shampoo and conditioner.

The salt free bit is important as it's the salt that ruins the keratin treatment.

Any suggestions please for a shampoo bar as I'd like to ditch the plastic.

Have you looked at Faith in Nature? I use one. Definitely sulphate free. I think it's salt free too.
