Help! Itchy flaky scalp caused by hair dye reaction

I have never suffered with dandruff or itchy scalp but recently used a home dye kit which felt tingly going on so this must be the cause of it.

What do I need to sort it out?

Make sure to wash your scalp with a mild shampoo first to get rid of excess dye! Try antihistamines and if it gets worse then use vaseline even though it's a bit greasy >:( If it's still bad go to your GP and you can get a steroid cream which should sort it out :)
