Ever since it was the height of fashion to have very thing eyebrows in the early ‘00s, mine have been on the sparse side. I’d been using a L’Oréal pencil (I can’t remember the name of it) to fill them in (it was like an actually pencil crayon, instead of the ones that are like felt tips iyswim) buts it’s been discontinued. I’ve tried another of theirs but I just can’t get on with it - it’s disappeared by lunchtime! I’m Caucasian and have dark brown hair if that matters at all.
Thank you!

Currently using a P Louise one, very similar to a loreal one someone posted earlier up the thread. Its great, I got it in a set with a brow gel too, very reasonably priced! The set came in a cardboard coffee cup which was cute! I love P Louise in general

Does anyone find their eyebrows suffer through the use of eyebrow pencils? I don't know whether it's my age or having started using them but they are much more sparse recently.

Get your thyroid levels checked.

@QuietlyConfident thankyou.

I've got a nyx one that's fab. It's a thin retractable pencil with a spooly on one end.

Nyx lift and snatch eye brow pen. Absolutely love it. Takes a while to get used to putting the strokes on but I always get compliments on my brows when I wear it

I've found that tinting my eyebrows at home using the Eyelure kit means a lot less reliance on eyebrow pencils. It's really easy to do.

For me the struggle with pencils is getting one that draws fine lines and is the right shade. I have dark brown brows and a lot of the brown ones are too chestnut like for me. I like the Soap & Glory ones and they are quite reasonable.

Brow Wow by Barry M, cheap as chips and the light/med one matches my eyebrow colour perfectly

FlibbertyGibbitt · 17/02/2023 09:03

I use eyeshadow, brilliant on my brows

Thank you for all of your replies! Right, I’m off to go and do some shopping…

I have a brow pen by Lime Crime that is good for drawing on fine individual strokes and looks very natural. But by far the best thing for my sparse eyebrow (note not plural!) has been RapidBrow as it's worked really well for me and I have matching brows again!
