What shoes can I wear with this?

Sorry for my second thread today, but it's become apparent that I am terrible at pairing shoes up with dresses 😂 I'm wearing this dress to an event this month but don't know what shoes to wear with it. I don't like wearing open toe heels but open to any other ideas from you guru's? I'd be so so grateful!

ASOS do some nice sling back closed toe shoes. Platform heels would look good as well.
The dress is lovely by the way.
Colour wise my older DD is saying black colour but I think nude.
We aren't stylists lol. I've attached which shoes I'd choose but I suppose it depends on taste and the event. I appreciate not everyone likes what I do.

I’d wear that dress with boots. It’s not overly dressy. Maybe something along these lines if you want closer for shoes.

I’d wear with closed toed wedges. Something like this

Lovely colour. Won't be for everyone and depends on the event, but I'd wear that with black tights (not too thick) and black heeled boots.

It depends what the event is and how dressy you need to be. Just giving you an idea of what I would wear.

If it is fairly dressy I have orange block heel sling backs I would wear.

Less dressy, I have a pair of flat leopard print shoes with an ankle strap.

Cerise pink would also be a good colour (I love pink shoes though 😁)

Day to day I'd wear it with platform docs and tights.

Flat leopard print sound good. I've got some flat leopard print slingbacks that are good for feeling a bit 'dressy' without being heels.

I have a dress in the same colour. I have a neon set of highish mules and a neon pink suede bag.
