Have a date tommorrow aaahhhh!!!
Meeting about 430pm for a coffee and we've said that if we hit it off then we'll do somethign after maybe go for a walk followed by a meal at a nice restaurant.

He'll be coming from a meeting so will be in a suit.

So I'm flumoxed....do I wear jeans and a nice t-shirty top (thinking coffee type scenario) or do I dress a little more as he'll be in suit and the potential for a nice restaurant meal.

He has a very good job too where as I'm a student, I don't want to look cheap but can't afford expensive....Oh bu**er I'm jabbering as I'm excited/nervous...

What type of thing do I wear?

If it were me - I'd probably wear 'nice' jeans (because I'm comfortable in them), fave boots, a pretty top and a cardy over it or something. So that I could keep cardy on for coffee, but if end up at nice meal then it can come off and hey presto, nice top underneath...

ooooh exciting

Have you got a dressier top to wear with jeans?

Upsadaisy · 08/02/2008 12:11

Thats what i was thinking.
I have two options one is a wrap over top from river island silky but kind of shirty so not sure......but could dress it down I think with a cardy and wavy hair and a necklace thingymejig.
xml.riverisland.com/flash/content.php its 29.99 black wrap around one have a look please and tell me what you think???

Another is a t-shirt thats kind of grandad type collar wih no buttons at the top so low cut but not overly revealing with frill things in the bust area

have a look at this one too please...its on this page in white were it says cream trousers £35...

the latter is more casual but would be more difficult to dress up. The first option may be too dressy for a coffee and a walk

oh and both are black....

Boots I have, would have to go under my jeans rather than over the top..

oh and sorry if this doesn't make sense am suppose to be working trying not to be spotted lol
