Is there a name for this style of dressing?

These velvet coats worn with maybe a midi skirt?

Thanks all so far. I thought it was something more specific than boho.I like the sound of dark academia @thedevilinablackdress , off to google that now.

Dark Academia is greys and browns in tweed and plaid rather than jaunty green velvet.

Feels more gothy (in style not colour) than dark academia. It's definitely not boho.

That coat is horrible. Definitely Glastonbury woo shop vibes.

You could try steampunk as a search term as well. A lot of what you'll get is quite out there, but you'll see some more wearable day to day options as well.
