Cyberjammies - true to size

Looking at picking up a pair and wondered how the came up size wise. I am a 14 in most shops but a 16 in others (chunky arms).

Anyone experience of Cyberjammies are they true to size, run a bit small or large?

I’m a size 8-10 and have ordered both sizes previously. I’d say they’re fairly true to size, but if you want a relaxed/comfy fit then size up.
