Is there a way to make eyebrow hair grow back?!

I have bits of my eyebrows missing from where beauticians have plucked out bits they shouldn't in the past and the hairs have not grown back.

I've just had an eyebrow appointment with someone new, as the person who did them nicely before has moved away. I explained really carefully to this new person that I did not want her to thin out the ends of my eyebrows as they're already sparse and I don't want them any thinner. She assured me she wouldn't, then did exactly that... on one side. I am SO annoyed! She also jabbed at my skin with the tweezers and left lots of bloodlike red dots. My eyebrows look a total mess.

What I'm wondering is, as the hairs have only just been removed, is there any quick, remedial action I could take that would encourage them to grow back?!

Really wondering for the future whether to give up on having my eyebrows done. So fed up with beauticians who ignore what I've said and mess up my eyebrows.

I dont think they grow back once they're gone (If they've not already) but you can have some finely tattooed in.

Of course they do! I’ve had to pluck my eyebrows every day for the past 40 years. I can assure you they grow back!!

I've attached some before/after of my brows (which are basically shit after some over enthusiastic butchering in my teens/20s and the onslaught of menopause )

Unfortunately the inner edge doesn;t grow no matter what I do , that hair is gone .
I am planning on treating them to some tattoo brows once I've done my searching

I think your answer is "a bit" with the right products but mine are never going to be as lush as they once were .
