Botox works for the top half but what helps the jowls?

I’ve always had a sag round my lower half of face with deep lines between nose and mouth. It’s genetic- my mum is identical.

But now I’m in my 50s it is so much worse.
It’s so very ageing.

If I use my fingers to smooth that section out- like a mini face lift - it looks a million times better so I wondered about a thread lift but I am worried I won’t look like myself and everyone will know (which I would HATE) as it’s sort of something I’ve always had. My Botox doc mentioned fillets but again I’m fearful of a puffy look as I’m sure they would do a lot to try as I’m so very jowly.

Any other suggestions?
When we all mask wearing I felt so much more confident!

i have heard you can get a Botox procedure in your neck called a nefertiti neck lift, they put Botox in the neck band muscles and under your chin along the jawline that weakens the neck muscles ( the ones that look like neck bands) so that they aren’t tight and stop pulling the face down, anyone have any experience of this?

it kind of makes sense when you think about it

chin filler can make a big difference if you don't already have a large one
