Finery London- scam?!

Just a warning to others as I actually ordered a number of dresses from Finery London after seeing recommendations on here. I ordered several and returned a few on 19th January. Since then I've heard nothing despite several emails and Facebook messages asking them to confirm safe receipt of the items. A quick google search shows lots of others in the same position- yet the company continues to advertise. Stupidly I used my debit card rather than credit card so I'm not sure what protection i can have via my bank.

Anyway any thoughts on how I can recover the money appreciated and a warning to avoid!

Yea you can reverse a transaction through debit card (maybe not all of them). Call your bank.

Oh, that's a worry. I have ordered from them and the dresses for the price were good, but that was last autumn. Are they on social media, can you message them that way. Can't be another company going under, can it?

19th of January is 2 weeks. That's really not scam area yet. I have more than once waited 30 days. What does their terms and Conditions say?

I have ordered from.them before and returned without any issues I don't recall how quick I got the return though.

I do think their quality has gone down from when they started
