White v-neck T-shirt. Holy grail.

Can anyone help with a suggestion for a white v-neck T-shirt? I'd like something a little bit relaxed, but not hugely oversized. I don't mind a linen mix, or a slub cotton style. Just not completely see through.

I have found a few, but they are £35+ or a couple on M&S but they have pretty rubbish reviews.

Can anyone make a recommendation?

Sadly V neck t's seem to be in short supply at the moment. Cos do have one in organic cotton. As do Hush - the Cali t shirt. Also a couple of long sleeved versions if that's your thing.
I'm unsure whether either are slouchy though. The linen t's will start coming into the shops soon I guess. H&M are usually good for that type of thing.

Morrisons own make( Nutmeg) pack of two v neck t shirts are fab. Two for a tenner . They are nice material & a longer length than standard. They wash great too.

Community Clothing. There's a postage charge, but I got a beautiful quality white V neck t-shirt from them a couple of weeks ago. It's a tiny bit shorter than I'd have liked but I'm very low waisted so might not be the best judge there.

Uniqlo often offer range of neck styles in their Supima range but you might need to keep an eye out as they are seasonal and sell out quickly www.uniqlo.com/uk/en/product/100pct-supima-cotton-v-neck-t-shirt-447012.html?dwvar_447012_color=COL00&dwvar_447012_size=SMA004

I also got some really lovely good quality ones from ASOS Design a few years back that wash really well, really soft cotton that hold their shape well.

I have at least 4 of the Cos ones including white, I have my mum buying them now too. £17 each so you really can’t go wrong. For me they are perfect and exactly how you described in your post.

I came on to say try Cos. I've got a couple of excellent black ones from there - needed to size down.

My favourite is from ASOS, came as a three pack with black and grey but I believe they sell it separately. Just as you describe, relax fit (so it's flattering to my mum tum) but not too baggy that it's a shapeless box - which is what I found with most of the others that I tried!

Another vote for Uniqlo.

Oh brilliant, thank you. Going to go through all these suggestions now and order some to try.
