Give me your best eye cream recommendations

The skin under one of my eyes is really dry! And it's making me self conscious. It's so red and flaky and I've just ran out of my current eye cream which wasn't that great so I'm now looking for a good recommendation.

Looking for a budget of up to £25, anyone got any they can suggest? Smile

Kiehl's creamy avocado one is brilliant for dry under eyes which isn't super heavy and unpleasant feeling (and yes, eye creams aren't strictly necessary, blah blah, but if it's distinctly different than the rest of your face it can be useful) but it might be just over budget. Bioderma sensibio eye is also pretty good but not as instantly satisfying as the Kiehl's.

What @botemp said.
I've bought more eye creams than anything in my life and the Kiehl's is definitely the best for the dry skin around your eyes. What's so surprising about it is that it looks like it's going to be heavy and make your eyes all puffy, but it isn't, and it doesn't.

I've started using Revolution Miracle eye cream and honestly it's one of the best I've tried (and I've tried a LOT), plus it's pretty cheap, was about a fiver in Boots. Very moisturising and helping plump the craggy eyes.

@Ponks That's what I've just ran out of out Grin had high hopes for it but it doesn't seem to be helping with the dryness

Yep definitely Kiehl's Avocado Eye Cream

Definitely recommend the kiehls avocado eye cream. My partner had some eczema around his eyes- was given steroid cream and over the counter bits but it kept coming back. I started putting the Avo cream on him and it’s gone completely 👍🏻

Could the dryness be related to your eye makeup remover? I had it a couple of years ago where for some reason I became intolerant to the simple eye make up remover that I’d used on and off for years. I tried all sorts of creams but in the end it was using a different eye makeup remover that fixed it.

I’ve had very dry eyes lately and I realised that it coincided with me using up my travel size eye make up remover in a different brand to my normal one. I’ve gone back to my bumper size Garnier micellar water with the pink cap and thankfully all is well.
