Bloody Karen Millen returns portal not working?!!

Hi title explains it all really. Whenever I try and put my correct email and order number into the retrurns portal to start a return I get a stupid error message. Anyone else had this? Emailed KM but says can take 72 hours for them to reply :-(

Should have said its for an online order so cannot return to store. Thanks.

I've just received my return code from wallis so hopefully it's sorted

A lot of them use the same returns portal software. It's probably an issue with them. Will work tomorrow.

I got through to the Zara WhatsApp and they emailed me a QR code for the post office
