No7 Retinol & hair removal

I have a tube of the No7 Advanced Retinol 1.5% Complex Night Concentrate. On the instruction leaflet it says they don't recommend using facial hair removal products/methods while using it.

I get my eyebrows waxed&tinted and my top lip waxed every 4-6weeks, should I not use this product at all or could I maybe not use it maybe a week before and after getting my eyebrows/lip waxed?

I assumed hair removal creams?

I wax mine every 7-10 days and use 1 % retinol twice weekly with no issue but I do make sure not to use it on the same day I wax.

I’d look like Freddie Mercury if I left my top lip 6 weeks 😳

@ARoughRide the hair on my top lip does grow back quite quickly but I had a bad reaction to getting waxed when I was younger and have only recently started to use it again, don't want to get it done too much incase I react again, a very swollen red face is not a good look lol.
