Alternative to babyliss big hair

My old babyliss big hair has nearly had it. I love the concept but the soft bristles are hopeless for my thick strong hair and usually just flatten. I use very small hair sections. I’m looking for an equivalent with strong bristles that will really grip my hair. Any ideas? Thanks.

@MrsPelligrinoPetrichor how does the dry bar compare?

MrsPelligrinoPetrichor · 11/05/2023 07:54

It's not me who has the dry bar,it's Peridot1.

It is indeed!

To be completely honest I don’t see much difference between the Revlon and the DryBar. But I’m not using it much as I’m wary of frying my hair again so I only use probably once a week.

However I used a friend’s Dyson and was quite impressed by that!

I'm away at the moment and used a Dyson dryer after bleating on about how crap they are etc - my hair looks amazing, not sure it it's the soft water though as our water is really hard at home.
