I am looking for a shampoo and conditioner to help my frizzy dehydrated peri menopausal hair. Currently it looks like straw!

You need to switch to a sulphate free shampoo & conditioner to tackle the frizz. Try a conditioner from the Cantu range available in boots, it's primarily for black hair as it's very nourishing.

As above, sulphate and silicone free.
Herbal Essences aloe and avocado is as good as any £££ salon one I've tried.

I agree with sulphate free products. What really works for me is a keratin blow dry. It lasts up to 3 months. Expensive though.

I have always had frizzy hair, inherited from my grandad, I also avoid silicone and sulphates but find the most useful for me is not using any shampoo or conditioner containing coconut, the protein in coconut just seems to feed my frizz to epic proportions.

I use Faith in Nature dragon fruit and quite like it
I find the Cantu sulphate free products don’t feed the frizz but leave my hair a bit dry,

Personally, the best thing I use for my frizz is a very little bit of argan oil through the ends.
