What type of jumper goes with wide legged trousers?

I just can't work this out at all! End up looking like a box.

Something that doesn't overlap the waist too far

Anything bum covering or baggy will destroy your proportions

I wear a cropped or slim fitting jumper.

I was much thinner last time wide legs were in, and I’d wear a skinny, fine knit, not too long.

Cropped or thin enough to tuck in.

Agree - a slimmer fitting jumper. Polo neck for cardigan can be good too.

I like this type of jumper with wide-legged trousers; slightly fitted with some structure around the shoulders.
