I've lost close to 100lbs since I was at my heaviest just after I had my first baby, going from a size 22 to a size 6/8. While I have loads of confidence fully clothed, there is zero confidence left once my clothes come off. My boobs are wrecked, I've got loads of skin around my stomach, sides and back as well as a fair amount around my bum and thighs. It's hugely embarrassing and I feel like I'm missing out on life because I will not wear shorts or a swimming costume / bikini on holiday or go in the pool with my children. The excess skin just jiggles and wiggles when I walk. My stomach looks like a deflated ball of dough. I hate it so much. I'd like to get a body lift with the hope that it will help not only the loose skin around my front and back, but also help with the saggy skin on my bum and thighs.
Is anyone reading this willing to admit they've had one? And if so can you share a bit about it and if it made the difference you expected to see?
Also, can anyone tell me of a body lift is the same as a 360 tummy tuck? Or if there is something else I should be looking into to deal with my excess skin?
