Hi! Just received an invite to DHs lovely friend's wedding and it's in April. What should I wear?

I'm size 14-16.
Bit gangly of limb but wide of hip.
5 foot 8
Look awful in yellow.
Pale skin and mousy hair.
General funky style but conservative leanings.
Late 30s but definitely still got it.
