Do you leave it curly when you go to the hairdressers or do you dry it straight? I'm only just starting to try and embrace my 2C/3A curls and generally feeling a bit unsure of myself with them. I've dried it straight my whole life so only just staring to learn how to manage them.
If you leave it curly, how on earth does the hairdresser get a brush through it? Booked in on Sunday for a cut and highlights, not quite fully sure whether to stick with it so want my usual haircut rather than a specialist curly cut. If I keep it up I might try that in the summer as I would like to grow it but the ends are looking tatty and loosing the curl pattern so definitely need a trim now.
Any tips on how to make it look nice greatly appreciated, it's such a learning curve.
