Best sports bras

I need something that will hold my big boobs in check ( 36 E,). Some cheaper ones just don't hold firm. Any recommendations?

I don't know if you've tried them, but I got some from Matalan that are really good, they're grey, no wire and just super comfy and supportive, I live in them lol

I find ones that come higher up at the front are best. I have bigger boobs than you and the M&S extra high impact are the only ones that can keep everything in place in a spin class.

I really rate the panache sports bras for my G cups. I run a lot and find them comfortable and they really keep things under control.

Maaree. Yes, they are on the expensive side but worth every penny. They have a huge range of sizes too.

I get thie performance bravissimo bra and have it in all 3 colours. I’m a 30ff and it’s the best I’ve tried.

the most important thing is to make sure you have it tight enough in the back otherwise you’ll bounce around. If you do need to go down a back size, remember to go up a cup size at the same time, otherwise the cup gets smaller too.

a lot of companies don’t make sports bras in small back sizes, so I used to have to buy a 36D in order to fit my cup size but had no back support. (36D = 34DD = 32E = 30FF)

I wear MAAREE Sports bras. They are amazing as a big boobed woman. Their Solidarity is sooooo good I can run in it and my boobs stay totally still. 100% Recommend. Also they do online fittings which was perfect for me as I work from home
