Hi

I need a lower gore bra for this dress. Is plunge the only option

My full cup ones obviously show and I need support.M&S Rosie wasn't great on me

Usually I wear a 32f or a 30ff at a push but a bit tight now

I usually wear panache Clara or Andorra

Thanks

Wonderbra do a very deep plunge bra if the dress is very low cut? Don't know what the support is like, though.

Wonderbra

I have had success with the adhesive gel lift and cover strip things but probably no good if you're looking for more support.

Something like this would work if it's a "narrow" plunge neck that isn't too open at the front?

Gossard

This curvy Kate one is brilliant. I wore it under a very deep cut dress and it was great. It's front fastening which I've never worn but it was really comfy and only £25

Thanks

Don't really want padded as I'm quite conscious of my bust

The Wonderbra one above is fantastic.

Perky pears.

My SIL is an F cup and swears by them!

The wonderbra one is INCREDIBLE.

It's got a boob shelf for want for a better word, so everything is lifted, separated and in my case at least, has the illusion of gravity being about ten (fine, twenty) years kinder to you than in reality.

I like the Bravissimo Enya. It has one single wire running all the way across, instead of two separate ones. This sounds uncomfortable but feels fine on. The gore is so low and thin I can't actually see it from above. It's also not padded.

Reviews are mixed, I think one's individual boob shape makes such a huge difference with these things. If it helps, I'm between cup sizes at bravissimo and with this style went with the lower and I don't feel as if I'll fall out, although it's very revealing.

@woodhill the curvy Kate one isn't too padded it's quite a thin layer just to keep the sago of the cups. Im a 30GG and it worked a treat keeping everything in place but also giving great shape
