Non-puffy hooded raincoat for petites?

Can anyone recommend a hooded raincoat that keeps the rain/wind out and doesn't swamp a petite frame please? I'm especially narrow around the shoulders and am tired of looking like an eskimo - looking for something with a nice, fitted shape. Thanks!

Not super fitted but it's wind and rainproof and doesnt make you look bulky. Id size down in it unless you wear tons of layers.

I am very petite and love the Protected Species Commuter coat.
