Classic indigo / selvedge jeans - like Hiut but less £££!

I'm after some classic dark indigo jeans - high waisted, turn up, 50s style I guess (but don't want anything too "retro" a la Freddie's of pinewood)

The ideal would be Hiut Peggy but they're a bit over budget...looking to spend £75-100 ideally.
Anyone seen any sale bargains or hidden gems?

Uniqlo do selvedge jeans in the men's section which might work? Think they were about £40

I've not had much luck with the high waisted styles from Levi's in the past, they just don't fit me well for some reason. There is a Levi's store in my town though so maybe I need a trying on session.

Uniqlo is a good shout, but will have to wait until I can get to a store...their sizing is so random and I find their website infuriating!

Maybe try a vintage Levi's as opposed to the newer ones. I've found that the new ones are stretchy. Which I dislike.
