Which of these Estee Lauder products is better for the eye?

Both decent enough hydrators.
The Matrix has more water and glycerine along with silicone and the probiotic stuff. The Night Repair has a different type of silicone at the top of its ingredients list. Then more or less the same ingredients as the Matrix.

Isn't the Matrix just a newer version of ANR for eyes? The packaging and inci list ingredients would suggest it might be.
