Anyone had IPL therapy for acne and acne scarring?

I’m 45 and really fed up that I still get occasional massive spots. It’s not loads, always around my chin, but each one last ages and leaves a mark so I feel like I always have one that I’m trying to calm down/hide with make-up etc.

I’m thinking of having IPL treatment in the New Year, anyone done this? Wha5 was it like and what were your results?

I am not sure IPL is used for active acne. Post-acne pigmentation, yes.

I have had and still having IPL treatment, albeit not for spots. I'm using it to get rid of pigmentation and dark sun damage spots. It seems to be working well.

I first tried it a couple of years ago and thought it was slightly painful , but since then I've experience the morpheus8 , the IPL pain is miniscule in comparison.
