I've been after a bright pink oversize shirt for a while. One unsuccessful Vinted purchase (arrived with an obvious mark on it), one unsuccessful New Look purchase (not bright enough - I kept the lime green one though) and I was minutes away from spending £150 on the Serena Bute version. And behold the Massimo Dutti sale starts tomorrow at 8pm. I think I have found The Shirt.

How do you wear the oversize shirt? I imagine with skinny or straight trousers, but I thought skinnies were out or on the way out?

The lime green effort I bought from New Look works really well with the wide leg trousers I had on. I think it's just a matter of getting used to the new 'shapes' of clothes. I think in summer it will look good with shorts too.

That’s a good way of thinking about it, ie getting used to the new shape of clothes. I’ll keep open-minded.

I’ve just bought another pair of Boden wide leg jeans in the dark vintage.

I’ve bought a couple of cardigans from Hush (actually the same cardigan in two different colours), two Hush jumpers, knickers and wide legged side striped trousers from M&S and a Sezane jumper (not in the sale but have been wanting for ages).

I’ve bought long boots and a dress from Hush. Almost bought a few cardigans but restrained myself.

I bought a Mulberry handbag, down just shy of £400!!

Baby 2 is due in next few weeks so I'm wary of buying clothes until I'm back to normal. Can't wait to have my body back to myself and fit into non-elastic aged clothes 😁

I bought a pair of neutral Vejas (50% off) and a pair of black leather Dune loafers (30% off)

I’ve just bought a petite Parisian bag from wanderers. I was torn between that and the crossbody but I already have a few medium bags I wanted one a bit larger.

I’ve also bought some leather trousers and some boots from mint velvet which were quite reduced.

I’ve been looking for some new silk blouses but have found the ones so I’m leaving it for now.

I've got them in my basket but what on earth do you wear with them?! Please do give ideas for winter and also summer ? In summer I was quite restrained and only did with sandals and t shirts...need some inspiration!

Christmas jumpers/dresses/tights from the Next Kids sale for next Christmas. We love our festive clothes!

@Noangelbuthavingfun I try to go for a 70s inspired look so pussy bow blouses and canvas shoes. I also broke my fashion rule and wore an oversized jumper with them. I think in summer time I will wear little T-shirts with them and my new People Tree blouse.

Well I tried to buy a lovely Coach bag from JL online down from £350 to £140.
However, when it arrived they send a horrid MK one instead, completely different colour and style.. By the time it arrived the Coach one was out of stock 🤬
When I contacted them they offered a discount if I kept it but I sent it back.

I would love a couple of silk shirts, but have no idea where to get good ones from
