Toast / amish style clothes to suit me at 5ft.

I can't think of another way to describe what I'm after but not actually Amish clothes. More high waisted skirts, nice dresses etc. I can never get the length right. This is the kind of thing I'm after, ideally for slightly less money!!

...and I've deleted it over Xmas! But there are some lovely online places and the ones I have saved are from Spain or east Europe I think.

You might find it easier to buy the skirts you like and get them altered/ taken up.

Maybe not helpful, but can you sew at all? Skirts like that are so super easy, and you can make them in a fabric you choose and love
